What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. For our Belgium customers, we offer Bancontact, and for those in the Netherlands, iDEAL. Additionally, we support Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Giropay, and Sofort. US customers can opt for installment payments via Shop Pay, while European customers can use Klarna.

Why was my credit card payment declined?

Make sure that the credit card number, expiration date, the billing address, and other information you entered are correct, and that the remaining credit on your card is sufficient for the purchase. If the payment is still declined, it might be due to our system's defense against possible fraud, and you can try to contact the card issuer to get the payment authorized, or use a different card.

You may also try another payment method such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Where do I download my invoice?

Log in to your HAVA account and click the order number to see order details. Click the printer icon above the “Billing Address” to download or print your invoice.

Pay with Shop Pay

The interest rate is 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments require eligibility checks and are provided by these loan partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount and may require a prepaid deposit. Consumer notifications can be found at https://www.affirm.com/licenses.
