This was for my son and so far so good. His only complaint, which is not on your end, is that the compartment where you pour in the water is toward the back of the unit and it sits underneath his cabinet. Every time he wants to fill it with water, he has to slide the unit out, fill it with water, then slide it back. A small inconvenience.

The R01 dishwasher came quickly and in excellent shape with a lot of packing. I am keeping it, but unfortunately it is larger than expected and won't fit in our 40 foot motorhome on the counter near the sinks. I can't imagine this fitting it any motorhome, especially a smaller one, or even a trailer unless it has a huge counter space near the sink and wouldn't slide off when traveling. A dorm, maybe. A small apartment, yes if there's counter space. Too tall to fit under any cabinets in a kitchen that I know of. Somewhat heavy to move around, but that's what I'll do when we travel.

You don't have to hook it up to your faucet or anything like that you fill the water to the tank make sure the drain hose faces inside your sink and it works perfectly without all the hassle of connectors etc.

This dishwasher has completely changed the way I live. I live in an old amenity apartment that does not have many modern amenities. I've had to wash dishes by hand for as long as I've lived here and at a certain point I just couldn't do it anymore.
I started researching portable dishwashers and stumbled across this machine. After over a year of research and second-guessing myself I decided to get it. And it changed my life and lessened my cleaning anxiety tremendously. It has its quirks and it's not perfect, but it's nothing I can't deal with. Not having dishes piling up in the sink, rotting and rusting and stinking up the kitchen makes this machine worth its weight in gold to me.
You can't expect it to be bigger than what it is, but it washes the dishes very well. You have to stack it in a way where the water hits every dish. I don't use the fruit wash cycle because I think it's gross washing your fruit in your dishwasher but to each his own. I usually use the sanitizer cycle and that one is the longest cycle. Make sure you read the soap requirements. That makes a big difference. There is also nowhere to put rinse agent, even though it comes with a package of it. I just put white vinegar in it every once in a while. I can see why someone would feel like it is not worth it to them to have a small dishwasher but I like it because I know it's sanitizing my drinkware and silverware. That's what I use it mostly for. I would highly recommend this unit IF you don't have the room for something larger or only cook very simple meals.

I've had this for one month and I run in a few times per week. It's big enough inside to wash all of my dishes. It can hold plates of a maximum of 10.24 inches in diameter at a vertical angle or at most 11 inches plates at an inclined angle. You do hear the water swooshing and you hear when the machine changes modes. For example, from washing to draining. I can't tell you how loud this is in decibels, but I get hearing sensitivity sometimes, and this doesn't bother me.
It has Normal, Speed, Soft, Heavy, and Fruit modes that can be chosen, I usually use the speed mode, a 29-minute cycle and it gets everything clean. Yes, I pre-wash any stuck-on food, this step was mentioned in the manual to make sure the dishes can be cleaned thoroughly.
There's a dry cycle for an hour after the cleaning cycle ends. I generally let it run for about 15 minutes and then I pull the dishrack out and let it dry on the counter. Then, I either let the drying cycle run with no dishes inside to dry out the machine, or I turn it off and leave the tank lid off and the door slightly open for the same reason, I think this can save electricity.
It's absolutely great for one person who cooks.
Worth the price, I highly recommend it to my family and friends!

We’re still adjusting to using it, but one thing that comes to mind right away to improve it would be a little more cross support of the tableware basket bottom to allow for additional, smaller objects as those tend to fall through or project enough to impede the lower spray arm.
Generally speaking, so far we’re pretty pleased with it. It will take a day or two’s worth of dishes and does a great job of cleaning them well. It fits well on our counter, and having the reservoir option for water is wonderful; it uses far less water, to boot.
After several weeks, I can say it’s not perfect, but we’re happy for making this choice.

I really like it! It is bit on the large side, but it is easy to use, very solidly made and is really nice looking. I love the purple lighting inside too. Before it's arrival, I was the only dish washer this house had ever seen. I bought it because I had developed a nasty habit of leaving dirty plates and pans in the sink or on the counter until they nearly reached "science experiment" statis. Having this dishwasher has helped me to drastically break that old habit and now the kitchen no longer has towers of soiled dishes all over the countertop. Money well spent...it is worth every penny.

Yay! Hours of handwashing dishes are finally being us! We run the quick wash using powdered cascade and it works great! We probably run 3-4 loads a day, everything is sparkly and clean! We fill the tank because the hook up did not work for the faucet on our sink. We got the b code a few times which I think has to do with drying, but may have Ben because we hadn’t turned the tank cover in place. This is so easy to use, we wish we’d bought one years ago!

My countertop, HAVA dishwasher is pretty much the way I expected it would be. It doesn’t take a lot of water, which I really appreciate however it doesn’t have a lot of capacity also. It also takes at least an hour to complete the cycle, sometimes more depending on the selection. I suggest you carefully read the specs; it is not for everyone because it really does only take a limited number of dishes and cups. However, I that being said, I am really enjoying having this quiet dishwasher take care of my daily dishes.

It could be a little better if a cord keeper or retractable cord could be added, also a weight for the drainage hose. It flings itself out of the sink if I don't wedge it in well enough. I use mine just for silverware. I HATE washing silverware. So I bought my little R01 and also purchased a generic silverware holder that's much larger than the one that comes with the dishwasher. I found a position where it slides down over the rack without any modifications. It still leaves room for a few dish or bowl or two, but I usually clean those quickly by hand.
I've had other countertop dishwashers in the past. I think this is my third or fourth one. The only reason I bought it is because I randomly read someone raving about it on Reddit. It a different design than the others I'd tried.
It legitimately cleans well, no excuses. The other ones were ok but were physically larger and got in the way. The size of the Hava is much more acceptable. I'm a fan. I love the blue light.

When I moved in my new place it did not have a dishwasher and my kitchen was to small for one so for the last 4 yrs I have been washing my dishes by hand and now that my arthritis is getting worse it is getting harder to hand wash them and didn’t feel as though I was getting them clean enough so for a while now I have been researching the countertop ones and didn’t really know which brand to chose so when Hava started with the ads on Facebook I really started looking into them and read all the reviews so I decided that I was going to buy myself my christmas present so with it being on sale (cheaper then Amazon) and the extra $ off it was a really good deal so I bought it. I have had it now for about 2 weeks and being just me I use it daily and just love how clean my dishes come out and since I don’t have the right faucet so love that you just add water in the top and let it drain down your sink. Easy to set up and it came packaged very well. There was slight damage to the bottom of the box from shipping, but it did not penetrate the packing. It washes great and I'm happy with the purchase! I would recommend it to anyone who has a small kitchen or studio apartment.

Hava provided a leaky connection hose and refused to replace it as it was outside of their 7 day warranty, despite me never using this hose before. There are many other more affordable options on the market, do not splurge for this if you are looking for a dishwasher. Poor customer service.

We love it. It does an amazing job of cleaning dishes. We are quite surprised and impressed to be honest with you that such a small portable dishwasher would work so well.
It is kind of weird that the top spray arm remain stationary for the first 2–3 minutes, but then it begins spinning and continues throughout the wash cycle. We have tried adjusting it by tightening and or loosening the little nut that holds it on that doesn’t make any difference.Not sure why it behaves like that but seems to work well anyway.
It is definitely one of those purchases that we are glad we made.

I’ve had this countertop dishwasher for about 2 years now. Works amazing! I love that there’s an option to operate it without attaching to the faucet. Allows me to run it and leave the house. This is the perfect size, but I live alone so it might be a bit small for families. I don’t mind handwashing dishes, but there’s a different kind of clean when it comes to dishwashers. It also uses far less water. Honestly, worth every penny!

I hate doing dishes. I live in an apartment without a dishwasher, you cannot image the days without a dishwasher is a mess. My landlord told me that she would arrange one for me as soon as she can, but a long time passed still no updates. I really didn't want to wait any longer. I missed the days of having a dishwasher, so I decided to buy one that really belongs to me. Considering the space in the kitchen of my apartment, a portable countertop dishwasher is thought as a great choice. I researched many brands, HAVA's advertisements are hot and they have pretty good reviews, if they are willing to maintain their brand, they must care about the quality, I gave the chance to HAVA.
On Halloween Eve ( FedEx's delivery was still on time even for holidays), it arrived, a big surprise and meant a lot, plaing an indispensable role since that day.
When it comes to size, honestly it's a little bigger than I expected, but that's fine my kitchen can accommodate it (I might have to give up if it was a bit higher). The dishwasher can undoubtedly hold a lot of dishes. I use it to wash everything including my commonly used coffee cups, bowls, plates, cutlery, and sometimes my small pot. It gets my dishes clean, is relatively quiet, and reduces my housework. It's awesome.

I absolutely love my Hava dishwasher! I purchased my dishwasher post Hurricane Helene after the Asheville NC water system was destroyed. Today is Day 35 without potable water and this small appliance has made life so much easier. I love that it only takes 1 1/3 gallons of water which I pick up from a FEMA water tanker at a local church. So easy to load and use and my dishes are sparkling clean. I have Fiestaware and the pieces are quite large but I can easily wash 2 full place settings plus glasses and coffee mugs and knives and flatware.

Washing dishes for me is absolutely a chore I hate. So I decided to invest in a small, non-space-consuming dishwasher, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this dishwasher is. I purposely used this machine for 3 months before writing this review because before that I wanted to see how well it would work and how durable it would be. During this time, this machine has been working flawlessly and with great results! It has several different washing cycles to meet different needs, normal, speed, soft, baby care/heavy, fruit and additional dry mode. It has been able to get the dishes clean after every wash even in speed mode, which is extremely efficient with water and not very noisy. It's easy to operate, you can either fill it with water from the tank or directly from the faucet, which is great, and it's light enough to be moved anywhere I want to use it. So far there have been no problems with the dishwasher and the machine has proved to be durable and well made. I have no complaints and have nothing but praise for it. It's worth every penny to enjoy its excellent performance, reliability and quality at such a cheap price! All in all, I am very pleased with this product!

I browsed many brands of dishwashers online and finally chose Hava. I have been using it for a week and it fully meets my needs and has not disappointed me.
We only have a small kitchen and unfortunately no room for a large dishwasher. But this one fits perfectly next to the stove on the worktop. The delivery also worked really well with a code that we had to give to the delivery person. The mini dishwasher was well packaged and arrived safely.
It's very convenient that I don't need to connect it to the faucet. I can just fill the water tank manually. Sometimes I will use it to wash fruits when I don't want to wash the fruits myself. The wastewater runs into the sink, but the suction cup doesn't hold quite as well, but that's OK. The dishwasher runs on conventional dishwasher tablets and comes with various programs, although we only use the quick program of 29 minutes, which is perfectly sufficient.
So far everything has come out of the dishwasher sparkling clean and hot. It's also not very loud, so you can relax and do other things while you do it. We are very happy to have bought it and highly recommend it!
I hope this dishwasher will last at least a few years.

Unit was well packaged and delivered quickly. Set up was easy and wash cycle cleaned well, though you have to allow for the smaller size when adding soap. Full sized pods dont fully rinse off.
I have done several loads so far and the only issue I have is that the arms dont always spin. Ive had to pause, spin them with a finger and restart. A small inconvenience. The issue is most prevalent in the upper arm.

I live by myself and hate washing dishes by hand, so I bought this countertop dishwasher and it is a time saver. Cleans well and the best part is not direct hook up to my plumbing or sink. Fill it up and let it go, just be close to the sink to let it drain.
I've lived without a dishwasher for 5 years in my apartment and after purchasing this, I don't think I can live without it. It is so nice to have something take care of a chore for me, while I can do other things.
It does its job well and is quiet too, with very minimal noise. It fits most tableware in 1 load, a lot bigger in person than online, so it does take up counter space. It works great and no leaks so far. I tested for leaks before adding any dishes by running a quick wash mode for a few minutes then allowed it to drain, and there were no leaks! There are several different modes but using quick wash cleans the dishes to a sparkling finish. I use powder dishwasher detergent and I never had an issue with residue on my dishes or machine. I don't regret it, my machine works well.
I saw some comments about noise in the reviews, but I don't find it obnoxious. Sure, you can hear it, but its just a nice swishy background noise. Doesn't interfere with anything. It will even dry the dishes if you let it finish out the cycle. And it really does get them dry. I will buy it again.

Love this dishwasher! It’s a perfect fit for our small apartment. It barely takes up more space than our dish rack and does an amazing job at cleaning even some pretty tough stains. I was worried it would be too small to make it worthwhile, but I’m surprised how many dishes I’m able to fit in one load. My wife and I cook a lot and we’ve been running it twice a day with no issues, only have to hand wash large pots and pans now it’s great!

I have owned this dishwasher for 5 months now and have been using it since day one. I can say that it does a really good job of cleaning dishes.
It sits perfectly on the counter and I can easily move it out to fill the water tank. The biggest reason I bought it was that it is installation free and does not need to be connected to a tap. It comes with a pitcher to fill the water tank and you can hear beeps after 3 cups of water to indicate that it is full. Meanwhile, the red indicator light turns white.
I have used all the modes so far and it does a really good job of keeping my dishes clean. The only thing to be aware of is that when dishes sit for a long time before being put into the dishwasher, certain foods or sauces will be more difficult to remove from the utensils and plates and may require soaking to soften the dried sauce/food or hand washing.
I always enable the drying function although it is not necessary. A few times I tried to remove it before the drying function was finished and the dishes were still hot which is always reassuring.
A tabletop dishwasher can improve the quality of life, and I recommend that everyone own one.
When buying a countertop dishwasher, no matter which brand or model you go with, always check the dimensions of your counters and keep in mind the available space above the counter.
