Return and Refund Policy
HAVA provides fast, convenient, and efficient return and exchange services for your orders from the HAVA official website. If there are any quality problems when you receive your product, please feel free to contact our customer service via email@example.com, and we will help you through the return and exchange process.
Please note that we only accept return and exchanges for products purchased directly from Havalab.com. If you purchased a product from another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding your return.
- Three easy steps to request a return free of charge:
Contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or product serial number. We will provide you with a return label within 1-2 business days.
Attach the return label to the front of your parcel. Then, take it to our logistics partner and send it to our warehouse.
Once your product has been received by us, a refund will be processed within two weeks to your original payment method without any extra return fees. If you have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at email@example.com.
- 30-Day Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from HAVA, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, and we will refund you (to your original payment method only) if qualified. All return for non-defective reasons (e.g. customer changed their mind) are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
1. For the return request, HAVA is not responsible for lost packages due to carrier mishaps in the return transit or products received that cannot be verified.
2. The customer is responsible for all customs charges, duties, or tariffs when the item is shipped to our warehouse. We will refund you upon receipt of the returned goods. Please note that we will deduct the customs charges from your authorized refund amount (the original product cost). All shipping charges for returning the item and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Returned products must be devoid of physical and visible damage, and with all original materials, i.e. original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
4. Items returned for refund must be returned within seven days of receiving a return label. Otherwise, we will not be able to issue any refund for return beyond the seven days of receiving the return label.
- How to Request a Warranty (Repair, Return, and Refund)
If you have an issue with your item, please contact us via our customer support email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please carefully follow our process to minimize any delays:
1. Provide valid order ID.
2. Mark the delivery date.
3. Describe the problem in detail: What happened? When? How?
4. Send a clear photo and video showing the problem or defect(s), and name the picture and video the same as your order number.
- Note: Do not return your product without contacting customer service first. Items returned without following our policy and return guide will void any reimbursement through HAVA, and all costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
Any items returned that are purchased as promotional or discounted will be refunded or exchanged at the paid discounted price or as the percentage price calculated by HAVA, not the original full price. If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.
- If you have placed an order not yet shipped and wish to cancel it, please forward your order confirmation to email@example.com to request cancellation. Since the cancellation process may take up to one business day, please note any orders that do ship to you in the meantime should be rejected by you and/or returned to us. Any shipping charges incurred when returning the product(s) to HAVA are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within two business days. Return shipping cost and 30% restocking fee of purchase amount are not refundable.
HAVA offers a 18-month warranty, plus lifetime free technical support on our dishwasher. The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) abuse, mishandling, accident, or failure to follow operating instructions; (c) exposure to liquid or infiltration of foreign particles; (d) servicing or modifications of the product by anyone other than HAVA; (e) commercial or non-household use.
These are our general terms for warranty service, but we always urge our customers to reach out to us with any issue, regardless of warranty terms.
