The capacity inside is a bit on the smaller side, but as long as you get creative with loading your dishes, it's totally manageable. It couldn't fit on the countertop next to my sink, but that wasn't an issue at all since it doesn't need to be hooked up to the faucet. I ended up putting it right on my dining table instead, which saves valuable counter space anyway. Overall, this machine works great! I really wanted to love this dishwasher because it fit perfectly in our RV and did a great job cleaning dishes while it was working. Unfortunately, after only about a year of normal use, it developed a leak from the front of the unit, making it unusable.
I contacted customer service hoping for assistance. While they were polite and responded promptly, I was disappointed to learn that the warranty had already expired. Even after providing a video of the leak, I was simply referred back to the warranty policy instead of being offered a repair option, replacement part, or any goodwill assistance.
For a product at this price point, I expected it to last much longer than a year. A countertop dishwasher should provide several years of reliable service under normal household use.
If HAVA had offered a reasonable solution after reviewing the issue, I would have had a much more positive experience. I hope the company considers improving both the durability of the product and its post-warranty customer support for customers who experience premature failures.

Where has the little machine been all my life. I really didn't think we had the room for one but the R9 is perfect. Gone are the days of doing dishes. Just load the machine up and away it goes. Oh on on a positive note you would be surprised at what you can get into it. Pan, jug two bowls, two side dish and two main plates. All of the cutlery mugs and glasses It always cleans squeaky clean on a fast wash and I've have some challenging oven items in there. Highly recommend thank you Hava.

The product arrived broken. The entire bottom housing to the plug is all cracked. The box arrived, completely smashed all the Styrofoam. The unit was just about falling out of the box the equipment inside the silverware basket. The tray to the top left the whole additional cups all broken contacted support for return replacement.

The box arrived with care and was nicely packed. What you see on the website as being included is just that, nothing more or less. The manual is very clear in its instructions (except for one very minor thing). Operation is straightforward. My washer cleaned perfectly. I was impressed with how quiet the machine is. Love the settings and options. What's presented on the website is all correct. It might be nice to offer different colors in the future.

R09 HAVA dishwasher is a great machine! The water fill feature on the top is EASY to use and a great way to avoid any hookup with a sink faucet. And it can fit quite a lot of dishes for a portable DW. Dishes come out squeaky clean. And who doesn't love the blue interior light?

Small but good, it washes very clean on the 29-minute program. However, I never put heavily soiled dishes in it. I skip the drying function to save energy. It is sufficient for a maximum of 2 people, otherwise it would be too small.

I've used this now over 20 times in the last 3 days, pushing it to its limits. It has performed fantastic. I am very happy. While it doesn't hold a great amount of dishes, it holds enough for the wife and I for breakfast and lunch. we had a cocktail party and ran it for about 20 hours straight. no problems at all. Highly recommended for small apartments or campers.

I like that there is a water softener compartment where I can put dishwasher salt in it because my tap water has hard water minerals. I've been using it a month and it gets the dishes clean. It drys dishes well. I don't have space on my counter so I bought a perfect size utility cart that I can roll it next to my sink and outlet. I don't really need to have it next to my sink as long as I have a bucket underneath to catch the draining water. I wish I bought this years ago!

Does exactly what it says on the tin, its perfect, I can get so much stuff in there. The water inlet on the top can be a messy affair if your not careful. Maybe a plastic dishwasher funnel would be a good addition for the salt filler. Makes life easier.

I just love this dishwasher! Sure it is smaller. It does a fantastic job on getting the dishes clean. Due to our current plumbing situation I have it on a cart in the bathroom. I love the easy set up. I also love the fact that I can pour water into it and not have to hook it up to a faucet . I bought it for our RV. I have severe arthritis in my hands so this machine is a great help. It is pretty quiet as described. The dishes come our sparkling.

Love this dishwasher. Doesn't tie up my sink when in use. Easy operated and easily fits the dishes my husband and I use daily. Cleans very well and makes my glass dishes sparkling. We've had it a couple weeks. Quality on this is fantastic. It's not overly heavy...but taller than anticipated. Its a tight fit between my cabinets and countertops. Purchased for an apartment that doesn't have a dishwasher. Easy to use, it holds a lot of dishes. We like the layout of the rack. It cleans excellently! We have washed lightly soiled plates, pots and pans. We do use the salt feature for Hard Water. We figured it will help the dishwasher operate a longer life while getting our dishes sparkling clean. We appreciated the reviews stating how tall it is. While it would fit under the cabinet, we would not be able to fill it, so we have it on the open counter or on a kitchen cart. We use the pitcher to fill it and don't find it a bother at all. We always use the heating setting to dry so it will circulate air for 72 hours. We also purchased a washing machine door holder to hold the door open to keep air flow when not in use since it states how a small amount of water stays in the bottom by design. We have had 3 weeks and put it to many tests. We are very happy and think it is a great value for the money. The build feels durable while not being too heavy. It does not tip. The 2 drawbacks for us that were not dealbreakers but to be aware of are: In the silverware basket most of the holes are small, so it can hold more silverware that has smaller straight handles. The section cup to hold the discharge hose is a joke that holds nothing. We purchased a sponge holder that suctions to the sink and put the hose through there which holds it up out of the way very nicely.

We just love this dishwasher so much. When we moved we didn't think we'd be able to have another dishwasher as we'd no room even for a slimline. We saw this on Instagram and decided to give it a chance and we're so glad we did. Everything comes out perfectly washed and dry even on the economy setting. The only downside for us is we think a funnel would be a good idea for filling it with water as we sometimes spill a bit over the side of the dishwasher itself.
