The box arrived with care and was nicely packed. What you see on the website as being included is just that, nothing more or less. The manual is very clear in its instructions (except for one very minor thing). Operation is straightforward. My washer cleaned perfectly. I was impressed with how quiet the machine is. Love the settings and options. What's presented on the website is all correct. It might be nice to offer different colors in the future.

R09 HAVA dishwasher is a great machine! The water fill feature on the top is EASY to use and a great way to avoid any hookup with a sink faucet. And it can fit quite a lot of dishes for a portable DW. Dishes come out squeaky clean. And who doesn't love the blue interior light?

Small but good, it washes very clean on the 29-minute program. However, I never put heavily soiled dishes in it. I skip the drying function to save energy. It is sufficient for a maximum of 2 people, otherwise it would be too small.

I love this appliance, it is perfect for single people but can also accommodate a setting for another person. I don't find it bulky at all, contrary to what I thought. It washes very well and the heated drying option is great, at least you can be sure the germs are eliminated. I highly recommend it!

I've used this now over 20 times in the last 3 days, pushing it to its limits. It has performed fantastic. I am very happy. While it doesn't hold a great amount of dishes, it holds enough for the wife and I for breakfast and lunch. we had a cocktail party and ran it for about 20 hours straight. no problems at all. Highly recommended for small apartments or campers.

I like that there is a water softener compartment where I can put dishwasher salt in it because my tap water has hard water minerals. I've been using it a month and it gets the dishes clean. It drys dishes well. I don't have space on my counter so I bought a perfect size utility cart that I can roll it next to my sink and outlet. I don't really need to have it next to my sink as long as I have a bucket underneath to catch the draining water. I wish I bought this years ago!

Does exactly what it says on the tin, its perfect, I can get so much stuff in there. The water inlet on the top can be a messy affair if your not careful. Maybe a plastic dishwasher funnel would be a good addition for the salt filler. Makes life easier.

I just love this dishwasher! Sure it is smaller. It does a fantastic job on getting the dishes clean. Due to our current plumbing situation I have it on a cart in the bathroom. I love the easy set up. I also love the fact that I can pour water into it and not have to hook it up to a faucet . I bought it for our RV. I have severe arthritis in my hands so this machine is a great help. It is pretty quiet as described. The dishes come our sparkling.

We bought this dishwasher for our camping trips. At first, I was skeptical about whether it would really get everything clean. But the machine is almost like a normal household dishwasher-just mini! The dishes are so extremely hot after the cycle that you can almost burn your fingers! And we throw everything in there, whether it's pots, plates, a Thermomix bowl, etc. We are more than thrilled!!!

Love this dishwasher. Doesn't tie up my sink when in use. Easy operated and easily fits the dishes my husband and I use daily. Cleans very well and makes my glass dishes sparkling. We've had it a couple weeks. Quality on this is fantastic. It's not overly heavy...but taller than anticipated. Its a tight fit between my cabinets and countertops. Overall, very happy with my purchase. Can't speak as to longevity as of yet....

Purchased for an apartment that doesn't have a dishwasher. Easy to use, it holds a lot of dishes. We like the layout of the rack. It cleans excellently! We have washed lightly soiled plates, pots and pans. We do use the salt feature for Hard Water. We figured it will help the dishwasher operate a longer life while getting our dishes sparkling clean. We appreciated the reviews stating how tall it is. While it would fit under the cabinet, we would not be able to fill it, so we have it on the open counter or on a kitchen cart. We use the pitcher to fill it and don't find it a bother at all. We always use the heating setting to dry so it will circulate air for 72 hours. We also purchased a washing machine door holder to hold the door open to keep air flow when not in use since it states how a small amount of water stays in the bottom by design. We have had 3 weeks and put it to many tests. We are very happy and think it is a great value for the money. The build feels durable while not being too heavy. It does not tip. The 2 drawbacks for us that were not dealbreakers but to be aware of are: In the silverware basket most of the holes are small, so it can hold more silverware that has smaller straight handles. The section cup to hold the discharge hose is a joke that holds nothing. We purchased a sponge holder that suctions to the sink and put the hose through there which holds it up out of the way very nicely.

We just love this dishwasher so much. When we moved we didn't think we'd be able to have another dishwasher as we'd no room even for a slimline. We saw this on Instagram and decided to give it a chance and we're so glad we did. Everything comes out perfectly washed and dry even on the economy setting. The only downside for us is we think a funnel would be a good idea for filling it with water as we sometimes spill a bit over the side of the dishwasher itself.

We love the work this machine does. We dislike the design of the basket. It isnt logical. Plates dont fit well or efficiently take up space, the silverware rack just doesnt seem to have a home, and the whole design of that part is strange. But, the function is exactly what we needed.

I recently purchased the Hava labs R09 model dishwasher. So far after two weeks of use I found this dishwasher to be very useful and compact.The hook up to my sink is super easy for water and drainage hose.I'd rather use sink hookup than fill water tank, but that is handy also.I am a single male,so use of this washer is not everyday,but every 2 or 3 days. I do have "oversize" plates and bowls which pose a problem. But I've learned to use smaller plates. The stacking of dishes and location of the "prongs" for holding dishes in the rack seem very odd and scattered. If we all used the same dish set they used to design the rack, then it would be perfect. But thats a small nuance as the average person should be able to figure out how to stack their dishwasher. I give it 5 stars for now because it suits me just fine. But time will tell on longevity and durability in the future.

I love this thing. If you’re considering getting a countertop dishwasher do it. There are many features that make it special. I love that it doesn’t need to be connected to the faucet, that it has water softening capabilities, that it has multiple washing modes, and that it has a dryer as well. Only thing I don’t love is the organization of the rack, which I will take considering all of the pros of this thing.
